The Tenured Management Model

In this service delivery model, IMG takes on the management of the enterprise on a fixed-tenure. Growth, returns and risk targets are defined at the beginning of the engagement between the client, Investors and the IMG. IMG consultants then manage the enterprise through existing executives or tenured executives to deliver on agreed goals. Tenured executives exit the enterprise at the conclusion of the tenure.


IMG’s service charges in this delivery model are on a retainership cum success-fee model which is calibrated to the current assessed complexity and enterprise goals facing the management/investors. Independent assessment system of enterprise outcomes is embedded into the engagement model.
