IMG consultants advise the management on optimizing growth & returns as well as respond pro-actively to risks. In this service delivery model, IMG can enter into an arrangement with the company management directly or act on the behalf of a significant investor.

IMG’s advisory service charges in this delivery model are on a retainership model which is calibrated to the complexity facing the enterprise.
